How it works
An accredited issuer expresses interest in tokenizing a client’s artwork on the Real Digital Exchange platform.
After initial approval, preceded by appropriate due diligence, the issuer submits a White Paper (a collection of information about the artwork and the issuance) along with a proposed valuation.
A collector who acquires 80% of all tokens can, in a simplified process, purchase the remaining tokens and take the artwork home.
